# Claim Profile Match

`POST /profile-match/claim`

## Request

Claim a matched child profile, linking the authenticated user as the parent.

Verifies email match, locks row, verifies unclaimed, updates child_profiles.user_id,
sets journey_type = 'clinic_invite', adds clinicians to care team.
