Show what marketing mail this address is getting, and act on it.

GET renders; the buttons POST back here. Subscribed or paused, the controls
only narrow - pause or unsubscribe. Unsubscribed, an app user gets a
Resubscribe button: the one widening this page allows, deliberately, on a
POST they clicked (not a scanner's GET) and only for a contact we can tie to
an account. A lead's widening still lives in 07-03 step 4's double opt-in, so
a lead stays narrowing-only; a complaint/bounce block offers nothing.
