# Submit Letter

`POST /letters/submit`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.projectindi.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Create a submitted letter, derive its frozen attribution, store it with its moderation job.

The letter is always created and moderated. A synchronous crisis pre-check
only decides whether to surface the Find Help signpost in the response.
