# Send Check In

`POST /clinic/check-ins`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.projectindi.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.projectindi.com/clinic/check-ins`
- Auth: none declared

Send one check-in.

Runs on the USER client: `send_check_in` authorises off `auth.uid()`, and a
service client would erase the caller's identity - which is exactly the
property that makes a SECURITY DEFINER RPC safe to expose here.

- SendCheckInBody
  - `child_id` string, required
  - `recipient_user_ids` string[], required
  - `note` string, nullable
  - `sent_from` 'clients_page' | 'child_profile' | 'dashboard' | 'clinic_app', required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SendCheckInResponse
  - `check_in_id` string, required
  - `state` string, required
  - `available_at` string, nullable

## Other responses
