# Create Child

`POST /children`

## Request

Create a new child profile.

Required: name, date_of_birth
Optional: age, gender, pronouns, diagnosis, conditions, diagnosed,
          stage, initial_concerns

Authentication: JWT required
Authorization: RLS enforced - child linked to authenticated user

Returns:
    Created child profile with generated child_id
