The clinic's next booking for this child, for the onboarding session step.

Read from `provider_appointments`, where the sweep stores the practitioner
as a name rather than as prose in a mirrored `detail`. That table is the
clinic's (its RLS is org-only), so it is read on the service client, scoped
to one child the caller has just been shown to see. Only the day, zone and
the practitioner's first name leave: nothing else about the booking does.
