`POST /care-team/lookup-email`

## Request

Check if an email belongs to an active clinician on indi.

Used by the care team wizard to show real-time feedback as the parent
enters a team member's email. Wraps the existing lookup_clinician_by_email
helper used during batch add.

Authentication: JWT required
