- TruckloadCapacityProviderTenderDecline: An object that a capacity provider pushes in order to decline a specific Truckload Tender
  - `capacityProviderDeclineIdentifier` string: The capacity provider's identifier that references their decision to decline this tender.
  - `declineReason` string: A more detailed description of the capacity provider's reason for declining this tender.
  - `declineReasonCode` 'DECLINED_CAPACITY_TYPE' | 'DECLINED_CAPACITY_UNAVAILABLE' | 'DECLINED_EQUIPMENT_TYPE' | 'DECLINED_EQUIPMENT_UNAVAILABLE' | 'DECLINED_LENGTH_OF_HAUL' | 'DECLINED_PERMITS' | 'DECLINED_WEIGHT': The capacity provider's reason for declining this tender.

    - `diagnostic` string: Diagnostic information, often originating from the capacity provider.
    - `message` string: Message informational text.
    - `severity` 'ERROR' | 'WARNING' | 'INFO': The severity of this message.
    - `source` 'SYSTEM' | 'CAPACITY_PROVIDER': The originator of this message -- either project44 (the system) or the capacity provider.
  - `tenderIdentifier` string: The capacity provider's identifier for the tender being declined.

- `401`: Invalid or missing credentials
- `403`: User not authorized to perform this operation
