# Search crypto deposit-account source tokens

`GET /v1/deposit_accounts/crypto/config/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.privy.io`
- URL: `https://api.privy.io/v1/deposit_accounts/crypto/config/search`
- Auth: HTTP basic

Returns deposit-account source tokens matching a symbol, name, or contract address. Results are limited to supported EVM and Solana source chains and can include unverified tokens.

## Query parameters

- `q` string, required: Token symbol, name, or contract address in any chain format.

## Headers

- `privy-app-id` string, required: ID of your Privy app.

Matching source tokens for the crypto deposit-account picker.

- CryptoDepositAccountConfigSearchResponse: Source tokens matching a crypto deposit-account search.
  - `currencies` CryptoDepositAccountSearchCurrency[], required
    - `symbol` string, required
    - `name` string, required
    - `logo_uri` string: URL of the token logo, omitted when none is known.
    - `chains` CryptoDepositAccountSourceChain[], required
      - `caip2` union, required: CAIP-2 identifier for a crypto deposit-account source chain (EVM or Solana).
        - string: EVM CAIP-2 chain identifier (e.g. "eip155:4217" for Tempo, "eip155:1" for Ethereum).
        - string: Solana CAIP-2 chain identifier (e.g. "solana:5eykt4UsFv8P8NJdTREpY1vzqKqZKvdp").
      - `address` string, required: Token contract or native asset address on this chain.
      - `decimals` integer, required: Token decimals on this chain.
    - `verified` boolean, required: Whether this token is verified as the canonical token for its symbol, since unverified tokens may be lookalikes.
