# Create a feed submission

`POST /api/v1/projects/{projectId}/feed-submissions`

Send a completed owned 9:16 render into PrismClip's human moderation workflow. The submission captures immutable source, evidence, render, transcript, and analysis provenance. Rights confirmation is required.

## Other responses

- `400`: The title, category, render ID, or rights confirmation is invalid.
- `401`: The API key is missing or invalid.
- `403`: The API key lacks submissions:write.
- `404`: The owned project was not found.
- `409`: The render, moment set, transcript, evidence, or submission state is ineligible.
- `429`: The API-key rate limit was exceeded.
- `503`: Feed submission storage is unavailable.
