`POST /documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://memory.primaxiom.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://memory.primaxiom.ai/documents`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Remember a whole document: .txt / .md / .pdf. Text is extracted, split into
sentences and stored under ``doc-<name>`` (or the given session).
