Deep memory integration in one call: recall what is relevant, inject it before your
messages, call the configured model, remember the exchange. Needs CLOUD_SYNTHESIZER=openai
(LLM_BASE_URL / LLM_API_KEY / LLM_MODEL) or app.state.chat_model.
