`DELETE /api/webhooks/{uuid}`

Endpoint deleted (idempotent on repeat calls).

## Other responses

- `400`: Malformed uuid.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key, session token, or agent token.
- `403`: The key or agent token lacks the `webhooks:delete` scope.
