`POST /admin/orders/{order_id}/add-coupon`

- `409`: A payment for this order is being processed (code checkout_payment_in_progress)
- `502`: Stripe could not confirm the checkout session state (code CHECKOUT_SESSION_UNREACHABLE); nothing changed, retry shortly
