# Markdown representation of a public page

`GET /markdown/{path}`

The Markdown body a public page serves when asked with `Accept: text/markdown` on its own URL (the preferred way). This direct URL is an alternate representation: it carries `X-Robots-Tag: noindex` and a rel="canonical" Link header to the HTML page. Supported paths: the marketing pages, /blog and /blog/{slug}, /comparisons and /comparisons/{slug}, /legal/{doc}.
