# Retrieve a prepared CSV for this account before expiry.

`GET /v1/artifacts/{artifact_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.premiumpin.com`
- URL: `https://api.premiumpin.com/v1/artifacts/{artifact_id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `pp_session`

Requires the same account authorization and current export entitlement. Rechecks suppression on retrieval. The opaque path is not a credential; downloading an existing settled artifact does not deliver new rows.

## Path parameters

- `artifact_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Exact prepared CSV bytes from the settled export.

## Other responses

- `401`: missing or invalid API key / session
- `403`: requested owner-PII fields but the plan/entitlement doesn't allow them
- `404`: parcel or key not found
- `429`: too many requests; retry after the window
