Checkout link created; the credit (plus any tier bonus) lands when it is paid

  - `checkout_url` string, uri: Stripe Checkout link for a human to pay; the credit lands when it is paid

  - `bonus_cents` integer
  - `min_cents` integer
  - `max_cents` integer

## Other responses

- `400`: invalid_amount, below_minimum, above_maximum, or test_mode (test keys cannot top up)
- `403`: blocked
- `429`: rate_limited
- `500`: checkout_failed
