# Edit the live post on the network

`PATCH /posts/{id}/targets/{targetId}/remote`

Where canEditRemote is true: Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon, Telegram and Discord. Scopes posts:write and posts:publish.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, expired or unrecognised key.
- `403`: The key lacks the scope for this call.
- `404`: No such post, file or account in this workspace.
- `409`: Not possible in the current state, or the network does not allow it.
