# List project file metadata

`GET /v1/integration/projects/{projectId}/files`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://integration-adapter.connect.cloud.precisely.com`
- URL: `https://integration-adapter.connect.cloud.precisely.com/v1/integration/projects/{projectId}/files`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieves file metadata through the unified project API for either Advanced Replication (DSL)
or Mainframe Replication projects.

**Features:**
- Returns metadata only (identity, path, version, phase, MIME type, size, and content hash).
  File content is intentionally excluded; call the get-file endpoint when content is needed.
- For Mainframe Replication, `pipelineId` scopes the listing to one pipeline. For Advanced
  Replication, `pipelineId` is ignored and file listing is driven by `view` and
  `revisionNumber`.
- `view=CURRENT` returns the current working set (including in-progress file states such as
  draft updates). `view=COMMITTED` returns a committed snapshot; if `revisionNumber` is omitted,
  the latest committed revision is returned.
- `pathPrefix` limits the response to files under a specific folder or path prefix.
- `projectType` is an optional routing hint and is normally inferred from the project.

**Use Cases:**
- Populate a file-tree UI for a project.
- Enumerate committed files at a specific revision.

**Authorization:** Requires `replication-pipeline::view`.

- `revisionNumber` integer
- `pathPrefix` string

- ProjectFileListingResponse: Project file listing
  - `projectId` string: Unique identifier of the project
  - `projectType` 'REPLICATION' | 'MAINFRAME_REPLICATION' | 'ADVANCED_REPLICATION': Type of the listed project
  - `view` 'CURRENT' | 'COMMITTED': File-tree view represented by this listing
  - `revisionNumber` integer: Revision number represented by this listing, when view is COMMITTED
  - `latestRevisionNumber` integer: Latest available committed revision number for the project
  - `files` ProjectFileSummaryResponse[]: Files in the listed view
    - `fileId` string: Unique identifier of the file
    - `dataFlowId` string: Advanced Replication dataflow identifier owning this file, when applicable
    - `fileName` string: File name derived from the flattened path
    - `flattenedPath` string: Path of the file within the project's flattened file tree
    - `version` integer: Current version number of the file
    - `phase` 'DRAFT' | 'APPROVED' | 'PENDING_DELETION': Lifecycle phase of the file
    - `mimeType` string: MIME type of the file content
    - `encoding` string: Encoding of the file content
    - `sizeBytes` integer: Size of the file content in bytes
    - `contentHash` string: Hash of the file content, used for change detection
    - `entryFile` boolean: Whether this file is the project's designated entry file
    - `unchanged` boolean: True when an update matched the stored file and no write was performed; omitted for read (list/get) and create/delete responses

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request — the resolved project type does not support files (DI-ADAPTER-PRF-0009)
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden — requires replication-pipeline::view
- `404`: Not Found — project does not exist (DI-ADAPTER-PRF-0001)
- `500`: Internal Server Error — file listing failed (DI-ADAPTER-PRF-0002)
