# Get metabases associated with a connection in the specified project

`GET /v1/integration/continuous/projects/{projectId}/connections/{connectionId}/metabases`

Retrieves metabase configuration associated with a specific **data connection** inside a project.

A **Metabase** is the *replication metadata repository* used by Precisely Replication / Connect CDC to store:
- subscription and capture metadata
- replication state
- internal bookkeeping required to run CDC pipelines reliably

In most deployments there is **0 or 1 metabase per connection per project**. This endpoint is modeled as a
list for consistency with project-level responses and future extensibility.

**Behavior & semantics**
- Returns **200** with an array.
- If no metabase is associated with the given connection, returns **200** with an empty array (`[]`).
- If the project does not exist or is not accessible, returns **404**.

**Typical usage**
- UI/agent workflow to show whether a connection already has a metabase configured
- Validation step before creating / updating pipeline components

**Required Permissions:** `replication-pipeline::view`

Successfully retrieved metabases (empty list if none are associated)

  - `name` string: Name of the Metabase instance
  - `version` string: Version of the Metabase instance
  - `dataConnectionId` string: Unique identifier of the associated data connection
  - `vaultConnectionId` string: Unique identifier of the associated vault connection
  - `parameters` object: Additional configuration parameters for the Metabase instance

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request - Validation error (missing/invalid projectId or connectionId)
- `401`: Unauthorized - Authentication required, valid credentials not provided
- `403`: Forbidden - User lacks 'replication-pipeline::view' permission
- `404`: Not Found - Project does not exist
- `500`: Internal Server Error - Failed to retrieve metabase details
