# List named layers

`GET /v1/spatial/maps/layers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cloud.precisely.com`
- URL: `https://api.cloud.precisely.com/v1/spatial/maps/layers`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization` and HTTP bearer

Returns a list of all named layers available in the repository.

**Authorization:** In deployments where permission checks are enabled, only layers for which the caller (or a role they belong to) has EXECUTE permission are included, and an empty list (rather than an error) is returned if the caller has no EXECUTE permission on any layer. In deployments where permission checks are not enabled, all named layers are returned.

Successfully retrieved list of layers

- LayersListResponse: Response payload containing the available named layers
  - `layers` string[]: Set of fully-qualified named layer paths
