# Compute a bounding box (bbox) for a given center + zoom/scale

`GET /v1/spatial/maps/bbox`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cloud.precisely.com`
- URL: `https://api.cloud.precisely.com/v1/spatial/maps/bbox`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization` and HTTP bearer

Converts a zoom+center or scale+center view into a bbox that fits the requested image width/height.

## Query parameters

- `crs` string, required
- `centerx` number, required
- `centery` number, required
- `width` integer, required
- `height` integer, required
- `zoomValue` number
- `uom` string
- `scale` integer

## Response `200`

Successfully computed bbox

- BboxResponse
  - `bbox` Bbox: Axis-aligned bounding box, expressed as min/max X/Y coordinates.
    - `minX` number, double, required: Minimum X coordinate.
    - `minY` number, double, required: Minimum Y coordinate.
    - `maxX` number, double, required: Maximum X coordinate.
    - `maxY` number, double, required: Maximum Y coordinate.
  - `crs` Crs: GeoJSON Coordinate Reference System (CRS) object.
    - `type` string: CRS object type.
    - `properties` object: CRS properties, e.g. the CRS name/URN.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request arguments
- `500`: Internal server error while processing the request or with downstream services
