`GET /pronunciations`

List pronunciation dictionary entries with pagination and sorting.

Query parameters:
    locale: Filter by locale ("en-GB" or "en-US")
    grapheme: Search for specific grapheme (case-insensitive)
    limit: Maximum number of results (default: 50, max: 500)
    page_token: Token for pagination (from previous response)
    sort_order: Sort order - "ASC" or "DESC" (default: "ASC")

Returns:
    Dictionary with pronunciations list, next_page_token, and has_more
