Single-job audit envelope. See spec §6.2.

The ownership/transcript reads and the copilot's live job status do not
depend on each other, so they run together: the details pane waited for
their sum (~480 ms, 2026-10-02). A job the caller does not own still
404s before anything is returned — the live read is discarded. Phase
times go out as Server-Timing so the next slow click is measured in the
browser, not guessed.
