# Resolve Confirmation

Resolve a pending mutation-gate confirmation card.

Rules:
- `decision=approve` with `edited_args` must supply the **same set of
  top-level keys** as the original input (no new keys, no dropped keys).
- Returns 404 when the confirmation doesn't exist or belongs to a
  different user.
- Returns 410 when the confirmation is already resolved.
- Returns 200 on success with the updated row.
