`GET /fppas-periods`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://powerexpertindia.com/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Returns frozen historical FPPAS evidence records. This endpoint is not a current-rate resolver and never applies a historical percentage to a bill.

## Query parameters

- `state_code` 'BR'
- `period_month` string
- `recovery_month` string
- `authority` 'NBPDCL' | 'SBPDCL'

## Response `200`

Historical FPPAS evidence catalogue.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request or a query parameter is invalid.
- `401`: Authentication failed.
- `403`: The key, state, scope, or browser origin is not allowed.
- `404`: The requested state-specific contract is not released.
- `405`: Unsupported HTTP method.
- `422`: A semantic input or fail-closed contract rule rejected the request.
- `429`: The configured per-minute or burst allowance was reached.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
- `503`: The verified release, key registry, or runtime evidence is unavailable.
