# Retry confirmed failed video platforms

`POST /v1/videos/{videoId}/retry`

## Request

Queues only explicitly named, confirmed failed and retryable platforms. Successful, queued/running, or `needs_review` platforms return 409. A safe failed sibling may be retried while a different platform needs review. Do not infer retry eligibility from the legacy video status.

- `Idempotency-Key` string: Optional 1–128 printable ASCII key. Reuse with the same publish settings after an unknown enqueue outcome; without an original key, poll status and reconcile rather than blindly repeating.

  - `tiktokSettings` object: Validated TikTok publish settings.
    - `privacy_level` '' | 'PUBLIC_TO_EVERYONE' | 'MUTUAL_FOLLOW_FRIENDS' | 'FOLLOWER_OF_CREATOR' | 'SELF_ONLY': TikTok privacy. Empty is accepted only for compatibility with non-TikTok modal submissions; TikTok posts must use a creator-supported non-empty option.

    - `disable_duet` boolean
    - `disable_stitch` boolean
    - `brand_content_toggle` boolean
    - `brand_organic_toggle` boolean
  - `facebookTarget` object: Validated Facebook Page target. `pageId` cannot be blank.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request or missing explicit platforms.
- `409`: At least one platform is successful, unknown, active, or not eligible for retry; inspect `data.video.publishing`.
- `503`: Enqueue outcome unknown. If the original request had an Idempotency-Key, retry with that same key and recognized publish settings. Without a key, poll status and reconcile or contact support.
