# Create a content group

`POST /v1/content-groups`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.postquick.ai/api`
- URL: `https://www.postquick.ai/api/v1/content-groups`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Creates a new content group. Content groups act as containers for posts, brand instructions, and connected social accounts. Subject to the content-group limit on your plan.

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: The display name of the content group (e.g. "Acme Fitness")
  - `description` string
  - `platforms` string[]: Initial list of platforms to associate with this group. Can be added later.

## Response `201`

Content group created.
