# Get the display name

`GET /api/profiles/{profile_id}/whatsapp/display_name`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.postproxy.dev`
- URL: `https://api.postproxy.dev/api/profiles/{profile_id}/whatsapp/display_name`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the verified business name shown next to the number, and the state of any pending change request.

## Query parameters

- `profile_group_id` string
- `phone_number_id` string, required

## Response `200`

The display name and its review state.

- WhatsAppDisplayNameResponse
  - `display_name` object: name, status, new_name_status (null when no change is pending), phone_number.
  - `placement_id` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing required parameters.
- `401`: Invalid, missing, or insufficient API key permissions.
- `404`: Resource does not exist or is not accessible.
- `422`: Validation failed.
