# Get ice breakers (Instagram only)

`GET /api/profiles/{id}/ice_breakers`

## Request

Get the profile's ice breakers — up to 4 predefined questions Instagram shows a user opening a new thread with your business. Instagram profiles only; requires DMs enabled for the account.

## Query parameters

- `profile_group_id` string

## Response `200`

The profile's ice breakers grouped by locale.

    - `call_to_actions` DmIceBreaker[]
      - `question` string, required: Shown to the user
      - `payload` string, required: Returned to you when tapped
    - `locale` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid, missing, or insufficient API key permissions.
- `404`: Resource does not exist or is not accessible.
- `422`: Validation failed.
