A trace's evaluation results, newest first and at most 250, each with its outcome and label ready to render.

    - `label` string, required: What the result says, such as "True", "0.82", "Positive" or "Skipped".
    - `reasoning` string, nullable, required
    - `timestamp` string, date-time, required
    - `isBackfill` boolean, required

- `400`: The encoded trace id is malformed.
- `429`: Too many queries are running for the project or organization.
