# Re-check a domain's verification

`POST /api/v1/domains/{id}/verify`

## Request

Refreshes verification status for a domain from the provider. Account-plane, paid plan only.

## Response `200`

Current verification status.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid bearer token, or a key whose scope is not permitted for this endpoint.
- `403`: Mailbox-bound key on an account-plane route (`code:key_scope`), or custom domains require a paid plan.
- `404`: Domain not found for this account.
