# Update an inbox comment

`PATCH /api/v1/inbox/comments/{id}`

## Request

Hide or unhide a comment on Instagram, Facebook, or Threads, and/or mark it read. Hide is reversible and does not delete the comment. Requires posts:write, a Pro plan or higher, and editor workspace access.

- `id` string, required

## Request body

  - `is_hidden` boolean
  - `is_read` boolean
  - `workspace_id` string: Optional. Omit to search every workspace you belong to; pass a workspace ID from whoami to limit to one.
