# Get your preferences

`GET /v1/account/preferences`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.pomerado.ai`
- URL: `https://api.pomerado.ai/v1/account/preferences`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns where the questions of jobs you start go: back to the calling agent, or to you on a form. Your default covers the account; the connection making this call may have its own setting, which wins. Also whether your Dashboard builds email you when they need you.

  - `question_delivery` 'agent' | 'form', required: Where the questions of the jobs you start in this account go, by default
  - `connection` object, nullable, required: The connection making this call: its OAuth app or API key, on every Pomerado MCP and on the API; null for your Dashboard session
    - `question_delivery` 'agent' | 'form', nullable, required: agent: a job's questions come back to the calling agent, which answers them or asks you. form: they are asked of you on a form, in your agent's client when it shows forms, otherwise on the job's answer page. A password, code or login is always asked on the answer page.
    - `effective_question_delivery` 'agent' | 'form', required: Where questions go for this connection's jobs
  - `build_emails` boolean, nullable, required: Whether a build you start on the Dashboard emails you when its question or sign-in waits for you; true unless you turned it off, and null when it couldn't be read just now

- `503`: temporarily_unavailable
