Join the Polystrike waitlist as an agent or human.

Request Body:
- type: "agent" or "human" (required)
- case: Use case description (required, max 500 chars)
- name: Name (required for agents, max 50 chars)
- wallet: Ethereum wallet address (required for agents, hex format)
- email: Email address (required for humans, max 150 chars)

Validation:
- Agents must provide: name, wallet, case
- Humans must provide: email, case

No authentication required.
