# System health check endpoint

`GET /v1/vehicles/{vehicleId}/health`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.polymathrobotics.dev`
- URL: `https://api.polymathrobotics.dev/v1/vehicles/{vehicleId}/health`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a summary of the system fault status, Reports an overall `health_summary` and per-subsystem states, each subsystem carrying its list of active faults. If the fault source is unreachable, `fault_source_available` is false and the summary state is `UNKNOWN`.
