# Get consent records for a user

`GET /api/v1/consent/{userId}`

## Request

Retrieve all consent records for a specific website visitor. Use this for compliance audits to prove consent was obtained.

    - `policy_id` string, uuid, nullable: Echoes the policy_id from the request, or null if none was provided.

## Other responses

- `400`: User ID required
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
