`GET /api/trips`

## Request

List all trips for a user.

``user_id`` query param is optional — when omitted we fall back to
the authenticated caller (JWT ``sub``). Mobile clients carry a
Bearer token already and shouldn't have to echo their own UUID in
the query string. Server-to-server callers that need to scope to
a different user still pass ``?user_id=<uuid>`` explicitly.
