- `airline` string, nullable: Filter by airline name (case-insensitive partial match)
- `origin_region` string, nullable: Filter by origin region
- `destination_region` string, nullable: Filter by destination region
- `cabin_class` string, nullable: Filter by cabin class: economy, premium-economy, business, first
- `is_saver` boolean, nullable: Filter saver (true) vs standard/dynamic (false) awards
- `program` string, nullable: Filter by program name
- `sweet_spots_only` boolean: Only return sweet-spot redemptions
- `limit` integer: Max rows to return
- `offset` integer: Pagination offset
