Return every room + rate variant for a Duffel Stays search result.

Step 2 of Duffel's 4-step Stays flow — search returns only the
cheapest rate per accommodation; this surfaces every option (King
vs Twin, breakfast vs not, refundable vs not) so the user can
pick before we lock the price via /hotels/quote.
