Fetch detailed hotel information by hotel_id.

Deprecated: the per-hotel detail lookup used SerpAPI's
``engine=google_hotels&hotel_id=...`` variant, which has no equivalent
in the Google Travel scraper (the scraper only returns search lists, not
detail pages). Clients should navigate to the booking URL returned in
the search result instead. Kept as a 410 Gone so the contract stays
explicit until the Next.js layer drops its own /api/hotels/{id}
proxy route.
