# Invite Member

`POST /api/group-trips/{trip_id}/invite`

Host invites a traveler by email. Sends a magic-link email.

The invite record is created up-front (so the host can see pending
invites) and the magic-link URL is returned in the response for the
host UI; the same URL is also dispatched via Resend.
