Transcribe an audio file to text using Claude's vision/audio capabilities.

Accepts audio/ogg, audio/mp4, audio/mpeg, audio/wav, audio/webm.
Returns {"transcript": "<text>", "language": "<detected_lang>", "confidence": <0-1>}.

This endpoint is called by the WhatsApp webhook to transcribe voice messages
before routing them to the CS agent.

## Query parameters

- `language` string, nullable: ISO language code hint (e.g. 'en', 'es')
