`GET /api/blog/posts`

## Request

Paginated list of blog posts (newest-first).

The snapshot is already sorted by ``published_at`` descending, so
slicing is enough. Category filter is an equality match on the
category slug (``points``, ``deals``, ``guides``, etc).
