# Create customer edit reviews (v5)

`POST /api/v1/business/customer-edit-reviews/create-v5`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://point11.ai`
- URL: `https://point11.ai/api/v1/business/customer-edit-reviews/create-v5`
- Auth: OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://auth.point11.ai/oauth2/authorize`, token URL `https://auth.point11.ai/oauth2/token`)

Start a review of a bulk edit conversation over any number of selected customers: pass the customers, the conversation so far (ending with the member's message), every field it describes with a summary (by the customer model's own key, as business_customers_get_v4's attributes name them, every one but name, and the labels as labels), the files attached to it (business profile attachments, by id) and optionally a brief, the decided reading of the conversation, which the review applies as decided; the selection, in its order, is split into batches of up to 20 customers, each rewritten by its own call, after the same acceptable-use screen. Returns the run, how many customers it reviews and how many batches; follow it with business_customer_edit_reviews_get_v2, which shows each batch's customers as it lands. A batch that fails leaves its customers without a proposal (review them again); the run fails only when no batch was accepted. Writes no customer; pass the runId to business_customer_edit_reviews_apply_v4, up to 20 customers per call.

## Other responses

- `400`: The input, query, or Idempotency-Key is invalid.
- `401`: The bearer is missing, expired, or not accepted.
- `402`: Billing refused the write: the code names the reason and `details.reason` carries it.
- `403`: The credential lacks the operation's scope or role, or the operation needs a different door.
- `404`: The resource or organization does not exist for this caller.
- `405`: This path takes another HTTP method, named in `Allow`.
- `409`: The request conflicts with current state or with prior use of its Idempotency-Key.
- `413`: The request, or the answer it asks for, is too large; narrow it.
- `429`: The credential's rate budget is spent; retry after `Retry-After` seconds.
- `500`: An unexpected server failure; retry later. Only `request_id` identifies it.
- `503`: A dependency is temporarily unavailable; retry after `Retry-After` seconds.
- `default`: Another status a product answers for its own refusal (for example `415` for an unsupported attachment); branch on `code`.
