# Get customer cases

`GET /api/v1/alpha/customer-cases/{id}`

## Request

Get a customer case the signed-in member opened (alpha_customer_cases_create): its conversation, kind, a describe case's business profile (null for a customer edit), how many customers a customer edit's selection holds or a describe case describes (count), every review its most recent reviewing turn requested (latestReviewRunIds, in request order, each a run business_customer_edit_reviews_get_v2 follows, and that turn, latestReviewTurnId; empty and null before the first), and the newest description its turns requested (latestDescriptionId, which business_customer_descriptions_get reads; null before the first). Needs a signed-in member.

  - `latestReviewRunIds` string[], required: Every review the case's most recent reviewing turn requested (one per group of the selection it changes differently), in request order, each the run business_customer_edit_reviews_get_v2 follows; empty before the first
  - `latestReviewTurnId` string, uuid, nullable, required: The turn those reviews belong to, as a review's live part names it; null before the first review
  - `latestDescriptionId` string, uuid, nullable, required: The newest description a describe case's turns requested, which business_customer_descriptions_get reads; null before the first
  - `latestMappingVersionId` string, uuid, nullable, required: The mapping version a CRM import follows now (its Lead's latest, or the member's own from the grid), which business_crm_mapping_versions_get reads and the upload imports under; null on any other kind
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `400`: The input, query, or Idempotency-Key is invalid.
- `401`: The bearer is missing, expired, or not accepted.
- `403`: The credential lacks the operation's scope or role, or the operation needs a different door.
- `404`: The resource or organization does not exist for this caller.
- `405`: This path takes another HTTP method, named in `Allow`.
- `409`: The request conflicts with current state or with prior use of its Idempotency-Key.
- `413`: The request, or the answer it asks for, is too large; narrow it.
- `429`: The credential's rate budget is spent; retry after `Retry-After` seconds.
- `500`: An unexpected server failure; retry later. Only `request_id` identifies it.
- `503`: A dependency is temporarily unavailable; retry after `Retry-After` seconds.
- `default`: Another status a product answers for its own refusal (for example `415` for an unsupported attachment); branch on `code`.
