`POST /list_group_notes`

Return every member of a contact group together with their notes, in a single call. This is the lowest-cost path for "review/flag the notes of everyone in group X" (e.g. widow verification): it replaces a list_group_members call followed by one note lookup per member. Each member carries their notes (newest first, capped) plus the full total.
