`POST /list_contacts_notes`

Read the notes of many contacts in one call. The low-cost path for reviewing notes across a set of contacts (e.g. flagging which members of a group are widows): returns each contact's notes (newest first, capped per contact) plus the full total. Prefer this over calling get_contact / list_contact_notes per contact.
