`POST /get_transcript_window`

Return the surrounding transcript section for a quote or chunk index, with start/end timestamps. Use this to answer "give me the full section and the timestamp" or "where exactly does X say Y" in one call: run search_transcripts first to locate the passage, then pass its chunk_index (or a quote) here to expand it and get the timestamp. Avoids re-running semantic search to pin a passage. Note: episodes embedded before timestamps were captured return text with null timestamps until the embedding backfill runs.
