Kick off LLM-driven show notes generation for an episode. The job runs the workspace's stored `show_notes` system-prompt template through `resolvePrompt`, threading the show's `brand_voice` and the episode's transcript into the prompt, and writes the resulting markdown back to `episodes.show_notes`. Use this whenever the user asks to generate, regenerate, or rewrite show notes — DO NOT hand-write the notes from chat context: the user expects the workspace's actual stored show_notes prompt to be applied, not the LLM's improvised version. Returns a job_id; not blocking.
